He has also advised those on Mergers & Acquisitions, and Direct Investments with US Fund Managers, Business Owners and Corporate Operators.

Matt has a strong track record in Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Turnaround Restructuring, and Portfolio Management across Commercial, Industrials, Technology, and Logistics.

Prior to current role, Matt underwrote and managed a large portfolio of specialty credit investments for Mutual of Omaha; and held various Corporate Banking roles at HSBC, Regions Bank and Bank of America-Merrill Lynch.
